
Field Trip Objective
Nurdles are pre-production plastic pieces – the raw material that makes almost all plastic products. They may sound cute but these little pellets found on beaches the world over and are often mistaken as food by marine animals. Many animals die and are harmed because of ingesting these plastics.
Description (Objective):
We are fighting for a world to half the amount of plastic leaking in nature by 2030. this activity not only removes harmful plastic from the beaches, but it empowers the UAE community to lead the charge to help reimagine how we source, design, dispose of, and reuse the plastic materials communities most depend upon.

Itinerary:
- Gather at ADNEC at 8 to get the bus to the site for the Nurdle Hunt at 8:30
- Once at the site we will give a quick introduction to the team, the purpose of the trip, what we will expect to find
- Roughly take an hour to hunt for nurdles
- Reflection session and bus back to ADNEC for 10am
