The Sustainability We're Serving Up This Evening

Here's what's on the menu tonight. In addition to a delicious, carefully- designed, consciously - prepared menu:

• 60% locally-sourced food (radius 160 km)
• 70% of food served is vegetarian or vegan
• No red meat on the menu
• A plastic-free service
• A room decorated with sustainability in mind.
